Arizona Chapter invites you to our annual gathering of "all who are in the area" to attend this rally.
Come early, stay late... we just hang out! This is not an official National Rally, but we usually have chapters from all over the country represented.

across the US!)
Quartzsite Rally Agenda
January 17 – January 21, 2013
This is a boon docking rally on BLM land with no camping fees.
Arrive with full water tanks, charged batteries and empty holding tanks.
Bring plenty of firewood, sticks for roasting hotdogs or marshmallows,
warm clothes, hiking shoes, and a great attitude for great fun!
Remember there are few services or grocery supplies in town, so be sure
to bring food for your needs and for contributing to Pot Lucks or other
From I10 take U.S. Hwy. 95 south past Mile Marker 99. Turn west onto La
Paz Road (a paved road) and make an immediate turn right, on to a dirt
road on the right. (Note: the desert is hard packed dirt and will
handle rigs of any weight – large rigs included!) Drive approximately
one mile back to the RVW Site. RVW Signs will be posted and signs for
the Beaver rally might be posted; go past them to the RVW site.

Gin will be arriving on January 12 or 13 to reserve the RVW site. She
will have signs marking the area. She will also collect some basic
information for submitting to the BLM so please be prepared to give her
your name and your license numbers for your rig and your tow vehicle.
The Ranger or Host will need this information and may ask for it
directly as well, but Gin will be keeping a list of all attendees and
their identifying information, and submitting it to the BLM.

for Cars, RV’s, Homes and Safes Bette will be available for key
cutting, locksmith repairs either this day, or, with sign up, one day
over the weekend.
1:00 – 2:00 PM - Panning for Gold Seminar – Learn how to fund your retirement
by panning for gold! (Well, maybe fund a fun afternoon!)
3:00 – 4:00 PM - Pets on Parade – Bring your well socialized dog to center
area for group activities including group walk and group "Poop and
Scoop!” (Prize for most collected!)
5:00 PM – Arizona Chapter Auction! Clean out your coaches or your house before you come!
Join Auctioneer Marilyn Teresi and
have fun bidding for auction items donated by the membership! Proceeds
to Arizona Chapter Treasury with goal of funding some National
Convention Activities (Block Parties, Newcomer’s Breakfast and other
events sponsored by AZ Chapter)

from Full Timer’s shall furnish assorted bagels, juice and even fry your
eggs to your liking! Bring your own coffee or beverage and bring a
small donation to cover their costs – any excess monies collected shall
be donated to the RVW Open Road Program!
10:00 AM -2:00 PM Enjoy the Flea markets, Shopping, RV Shows or just visiting with friends!
2:00 – 3:30 PM Celia’s Memorial Garden – Celia’s Garden
is a botanical and rock garden holding memorials to honor individuals
and group members. We will briefly honor some RVW
members who have passed (see contact information below for name plaques)

Driving directions: From Main Street, turn right onto Plymouth Street
(Discount Solar on one corner and Beal’s on the other.) Stay on
Plymouth going straight through at the stop sign (jet plane display is
on the left.) and that is the start of the town park. There is a sign
for Celia’s Rainbow Garden on the left. Turn left into the gardens and
follow the signs to the parking lot.
5-7 PM Hot Dogs over Campfire – Dogs, buns, chips, ketchup and mustard
