Just a few suggestions: Trinidad State Park in southern CO is a nice place to camp. The town of Trinidad has a very interesting history. It was the Recreational playground for Al Capone and the various bad guys during prohibition and was intended to be the State Capitol of CO. There are many places in southern CO and northern NM that have wonderful hot springs , try to take advantage of a few while in the area. There is a nice commercial RV Park just east of Durango, CO in Bayfield called Outdoorsy RV Park. Not too expensive. There is a Hwy that runs North and South from Durango that is called the “million dollar highway “. DO NOT DRIVE ON THIS HWY WITH YOUR RV. If you have the time, stop in Chama, NM and spend a day or two. It’s beautiful country and the steam train that runs from Chama through CO and NM is very enjoyable. Check it out. If you love art, Georgia Okeefe’s home and the center devoted to her history is an hour south of Chama. If you want to tour her home, reservations need to be made now. It is a little expensive but well worth the tour. Of course, all the historical sites and Native American sites on the way to/from Convention are a must see. The trip will be an adventure for sure.
If you are loving driving, there are several historical highways that may be of interest. The Lincoln Hwy that runs from San Francisco to New York City was the first transcontinental “paved” highway to be built. If you went to the RVW Convention in Sacramento, you traveled on it. People worldwide come to the US to drive this Hwy. There’s the Blue Gray Hwy and the Loneliest Hwy and of course, Route 66 that begins in Chicago. Hwy 2 from WA runs all the way to New York and Hwy 83 from the Texas/Mexico border runs all the way to Canada. There are many more historical highways that can be researched and fun to drive, so have fun exploring these drives and many more where you park it.

Hi Therese
You need to signout of the RVW site. If you look at the top right of the screen you will see a signout option.

Then if you go back to the site and do not signin, you should be able to register as your friend. You must use their email.
