As you report your problem to RVW, please provide the following information:
1) The nature of the problem (Examples might be: having difficulty managing my profile, my chapter is wrong, cannot find my chapter, how do I join a chapter, my membership expiration is wrong, having difficulty renewing, having difficulty registering for an event, etc.)
3) Please tell us how you are accessing RVW. For example are you using an Iphone, Ipad, Android phone, laptop computer or desktop computer? If you are on a laptop or desktop computer, can you tell us if it is a Windows or MAC environment?
