Sponsors and donations help to defray the cost of convention expenses. Any individual or chapter can sponsor a specific portion of the convention or make an undesignated gift to the convention. All monetary contributions will be counted as Open Road donations.

New or gently used items are needed for the silent auction. Please plan to bring those items to the convention and drop them off at the fundraising area. If you have a large-ticket item (trip, quilt, etc.) we might want to raffle separately, please contact Linda Elliott at email@example.com or call 317-695-5451 so that we can make arrangements in advance.
Each chapter is encouraged to provide one or more gift baskets from their area to include in the silent auction.
Volunteers will be needed to drive shuttles, help with security, sell tickets and staff the registration, help/volunteer and fundraising areas. You can contact us in advance if you would like to help out in a specific area, or sign up when you arrive at convention for the many opportunities we have. Consider just a few hours or a few days of helping out!
