We have an exciting schedule of events planned this year. To all of you who are serving as committee chairs or presenting a seminar, thank you for your commitment to making this another great RVW convention.

If you have information to share about hobbies, crafts, areas of special interest or on-the-road or volunteer work experiences, it isn't too late to schedule a seminar, but we do need to hear from you now. We will be finalizing our convention schedule soon.

We also owe special thanks to our convention Host chapters Texas Ramblin’ Roses and Mid-America.

Thanks to the Mid-America Chapter for helping with the First-Timer Event and sponsoring the Ice Cream Social.

Thanks to all the host chapter members, planners, committee chairs and seminar presenters who have already volunteered to make this convention one of the great ones.

Sponsorships and Donations

Sponsors and donations help to defray the cost of convention expenses. Any individual or chapter can sponsor a specific portion of the convention or make an undesignated gift to the convention. All monetary contributions will be counted as Open Road donations. See contributions tab on the home page for more information about the RVW Open Road program.

Auction and Raffle Donations

New or gently used items are needed for the silent auction.  Please plan to bring those items to the convention and drop them off at the fundraising area.

If you have a large-ticket item (trip, quilt, etc.) we might want to raffle separately, please contact Linda Elliott at elliottbear2@aol.com or 317-695-5451 so that we can make arrangements in advance.

On-site Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers will be needed to drive shuttles, help with security, introduce seminar speakers, sell tickets, and staff the registration and help/volunteer desks. You can sign-up to help when you arrive at convention.

Community Project

During convention, we will be collecting non-perishable food items for the Community Market of Pottawatomie County. The market feeds the hungry in the local community and provides other services to those in need. Collection boxes will be provided in the reception area at the Expo Center, so bring your non-perishable food items.

To chair a committee, sponsor an event, make a donation, present a seminar, or learn about other volunteer opportunities at this year's convention, contact Convention Coordinator Linda Elliott at elliottbear2@aol.com or call 317-695-5451.
