Where can I find specific information on using the RVW website?
Below, arranged by topic, you will find answers to questions that are frequently asked regarding use of particular features and areas of the website. Click on the topic that best describes your question.
What if my question is not answered there, or after reading the FAQs, I still have problems?
Another place to find help is the Forum. From the main menu, select "Members Only”, and then "Forum.” Here you will see a Forum entitled "Website”, and under that, 5 topics. Click on any of the topics and you may find an answer to your question in the forum postings. "E-Tips,” "Website User Resources,” and "Website Questions” are most likely to be helpful. If your question is not answered there, you may try posting your question under the "Website Questions” topic.
What if I still have a problem?
Problem still not solved? Go back to ”FAQs – Problem?.” and select "Submit a Problem.” from the drop-down menu. A problem report form will then appear. Your name and contact information will already be entered in the appropriate fields. Scroll down to the "Comments” box and indicate as clearly as possible the nature of the problem. What Happened? Where did it occur on the site? Did you receive an error message? When did this problem occur? Has this occurred before? Your question will be answered as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days.

Can’t sign on to the website? Forgot your user name or password? Click on "Forgot Your Password?” under the sign-in section or Contact Monica Lindmark at the RVW Office, 480-671-6226, during office hours (9 a.m. – 1 p.m. weekdays.)
